Use me to season lamb, beef or chicken before skewering and grilling to perfection. Traditionally served with grilled vegetables – red peppers, tomatoes, and onions – or in pita or naan bread brushed with yogurt sauce. I’m the spice blend to have on hand for a quick vegetable dip, dressing or tasty seasoned vegetables.
