ROSEMARY WHOLE BULK
I am a Mediterranean shrub with a pungent, aromatic and earthy flavour that has made its way into many world cuisines. Crush a few of my needle-like leaves between your fingers, breathe in my mouth-watering aroma, and you’ll understand why!
Unlike most other woody herbs, my flavour and aroma are preserved very well when dried. My lemon-piney and sharp flavour pairs well with garlic, lemon and olive oil to marinate roasted lamb, chicken, turkey, and vegetables.
PS. I am an incredibly powerful herb, so use me lightly to avoid overwhelming your dish!
