CURRY MADRAS BULK
I’m a fragrant yellow curry powder used in traditional curries, stir-fries, marinades, soups, sauces, and anything else you can think of for savoury oomph!
Add me to mayo for extra flavour and dip away with sweet potato fries. I will also add a great twist to your biscuits and coconut-curry ice cream.
Food Pairings: Chicken Curry, Curried Vegetable Stir-Fry, Lentil Dal, Samosas, Rice, Eggs, Pies, Mango Chutney, Grilled Chicken Skewers, Coconut Curry Ice-Cream, Curry Spiced Mayo with Sweet Potato Fries.
