To prepare the Tarragon Chicken: line the inside of the bird with butter mixed with tarragon and bake. Serve with a sauce made of broth, fresh cream and tarragon.
You can also easily flavour sauces such as the famous “Béarnaise sauce” or a simple vinaigrette, sprinkle on any type of white fish or even in a soup!
